I am proud to announce that I will be taking part in CANSCAIP's PYI Group Exhibition, taking place at Humber's L Space Gallery at their Lakeshore Campus, from November 15th until December 10th.
CANSCAIP prides itself on being a supporter of fantastic Canadian kid lit & culture. To honour the importance of Canadian children's books and their role in nurturing talent from beginner to established, they are celebrating with their inaugural PYI Group Exhibition 2013.
The Gallery Exhibition will feature pieces from the classic CANSCAIP Collection with pieces from Michael Martchenko, Phoebe Gilman & PYI 2013 workshop presenter, Kady MacDonald Denton. There will also be new pieces by Suzanne Del Rizzo, Kevin Sylvester, Bill Slavin and recent Order of Canada recipient Barbara Reid. Such a great showcase of PYI talent (and beyond) from the Canadian kid lit community!
The show runs from Nov 15 - Dec 10 at Humber's L space Gallery at their Lakeshore campus, and opens in combination with CANSCAIP's 29th annual Packaging Your Imagination Conference.
